Vivosun Shipping Policy

At Vivosun, we are committed to providing our Canadian customers with fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, fees, and restrictions across Canada.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Carriers

To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading global and domestic couriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, and Canada Post.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and the final delivery address to ensure the best experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • Remote Regions & Territories: Free shipping applies to standard delivery zones within Canada. Certain extremely remote regions, northern communities, or territories (including but not limited to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) may have restricted service or be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military/APO addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial taxes (GST/HST/QST) at checkout. For items shipped from international warehouses, any applicable customs duties or import import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping, depending on your province and proximity to major urban centers.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify: Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

  2. Search: Check around your property (backdoors, porches, community mailboxes) and ask neighbors or building management.

  3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely. In many cases, the package will arrive 1-2 days later.

  4. Contact the Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a missing package claim directly with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).

  5. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
