Vivosun Shipping Policy

At Vivosun, we are committed to providing our customers in the Czech Republic with fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, fees, and restrictions.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Carriers

To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading European and regional couriers, including but not limited to Česká pošta (Czech Post), PPL, DPD, DHL, and GLS.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and the final delivery address to ensure the best delivery experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • Standard Delivery: Free shipping applies to standard residential and commercial addresses within the Czech Republic. Certain extremely remote areas or restricted access zones may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

  • No P.O. Boxes or Balíkovna/Zásilkovna Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or un-manned parcel lockers (unless specifically integrated as a delivery option at checkout). A valid physical residential or commercial address is required.

  • Taxes & Duties: All orders shipped within the Czech Republic are inclusive of applicable VAT (DPH). For items fulfilled from warehouses within the European Union, no additional customs duties will apply.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Czech public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping across the Czech Republic.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" (Doručeno) but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify: Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

  2. Search: Check your property's safe places, check with neighbors, or look for a carrier notification card (Oznámení o uložení zásilky) in your mailbox.

  3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely while the parcel is still on the delivery vehicle. In many cases, it will arrive 1-2 days later.

  4. Contact the Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a missing package inquiry directly with the local courier service (e.g., Česká pošta, PPL, DPD).

  5. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
