Vivosun Shipping Policy

At Vivosun, we are committed to providing our customers in Spain with fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, fees.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Carriers

To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading European and Spanish domestic couriers, including but not limited to Correos, SEUR, DPD, DHL, and UPS.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and the final delivery address to ensure the best delivery experience.

*Note on Spain Shipping Policy: Orders €129+ EUR do not qualify for full free shipping. Instead, a 50% discount will be automatically applied to your calculated shipping cost at the final checkout stage.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • Mainland Spain Only (España Peninsular): The 50% shipping discount and standard shipping services apply to Mainland Spain only.

  • Exclusions & Surcharges: At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to the Canary Islands (Islas Canarias), Ceuta, and Melilla. Shipments to the Balearic Islands (Islas Baleares) may be subject to additional shipping surcharges and extended delivery timelines.

  • No P.O. Boxes / Apartado de Correos: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Apartados de Correos, or military addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.

  • Taxes & Duties: All orders shipped within Mainland Spain include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA). For items fulfilled from warehouses within the European Union, no additional customs duties will apply.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Spanish national/regional holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping across Mainland Spain.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Verify: Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

  • Search: Check your property's safe places (porch, garage), check with neighbors or your building's porter/concierge (portería), or look for a carrier notification card (Aviso de llegada).

  • Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely while the parcel is still on the delivery truck. In many cases, it will arrive 1-2 days later.

  • Contact the Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a missing package inquiry directly with the local courier service (e.g., Correos, SEUR).
