Vivosun Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Carriers

To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading UK domestic and global couriers, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, and UPS.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and the final delivery address to ensure the best experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • Mainland Delivery & Remote Regions: Free shipping applies to standard mainland addresses within Great Britain. Certain remote regions or offshore destinations (including but not limited to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Isles of Scilly) may have restricted service or be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

  • No P.O. Boxes or BFPO: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.

  • Taxes & Duties: Prices and shipping thresholds are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. For any items fulfilled from international fulfillment hubs outside the UK, customs regulations and potential import procedures will comply with UK border guidelines.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Deliveries to remote areas or offshore islands may take slightly longer.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify: Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

  2. Search: Check around your property (backdoors, porches, community mailboxes) and ask neighbors or building management.

  3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely. In many cases, the package will arrive 1-2 days later.

  4. Contact the Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a missing package claim directly with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).

  5. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
