Vivosun Shipping Policy

At Vivosun, we are committed to providing our customers in France with fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, fees, and restrictions.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Carriers

To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading European and global couriers, including but not limited to La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, DHL, and UPS.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and the final delivery address to ensure the best delivery experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • Mainland France Only (France Métropolitaine): Free shipping and standard delivery services apply to Mainland France only.

  • Exclusions (DOM-TOM): At this time, we do not offer shipping to French Overseas Departments and Territories, including but not limited to Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, and French Polynesia.

  • No P.O. Boxes or Boîte Postale: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Boîtes Postales (BP), or military addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.

  • Taxes & Duties: All orders shipped within Mainland France are inclusive of applicable French VAT (TVA). For any items fulfilled from warehouses outside the EU, any local customs duties or import taxes will remain the responsibility of the recipient.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Deliveries to remote areas or offshore islands may take slightly longer.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify: Double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

  2. Search: Check around your property (backdoors, porches, community mailboxes) and ask neighbors or building management.

  3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely. In many cases, the package will arrive 1-2 days later.

  4. Contact the Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a missing package claim directly with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).

  5. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
